For Job Posters:

You'll receive an email when someone applies to your job, and can check the resumes and details of applicants, as well as checking any applicants who have marked their resumes as "Public", making them accessible to any Job Posters on the site.

All Member accounts are automatically Job Posters, as well, and able to use the board— but anyone can create a Job Poster account on our site, not just members of The Group. If your firm already has a login from using our CE program, etc, you can add Job Poster status to your account.

 

For Job Seekers:

You have the option to apply to a specific job, or to post your resume as "Public", making it visible to any Job Poster looking for applicants, but not to the general public. If you apply to a specific job, the employer will be emailed with your information, and you will get an email confirmation. Anyone can create a Job Seeker account on our site, or add the Job Seeker permission to your existing account if you've used our site for Continuing Education, etc.

 

 

Either group is able to "report" job postings or applications for being inappropriate, defamatory, untrue, etc., which will remove them from visibility as we confirm the cause. Like other job boards, we don't actively monitor the content of the postings or confirm the accuracy of the information given.

This portion is part of the job board policies and disclaimer you'll have to agree to before posting jobs or resumes. If someone abuses the job board, they will have their ability to post to it revoked— that's the only reason both job posters and job seekers have to create an account with that specific permission on the site.
