Brad has been a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 1998, a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist and OSHA Outreach Trainer since 2011, and Executive Director of The Independent Funeral Group with oversight of East Tennessee Cremation Company since 2013. He also runs Funeral Compliance, LLC, an OSHA compliance business for the industry. He still performs periodic removals with East Tennessee Cremation Company, and works closely and directly with Member Firms and Partners every day.

Christi is both the Associate Director of The Group and the Family Cremation Center Coordinator for East Tennessee Cremation Company’s Family Cremation Center. She has been a Crematory Operator at the ETCC, a high-volume, third-party crematory, for The Independent Funeral Group since 2018, and has been an active Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 2010, with experience from funeral and cemetery management to monument and marker sales.

Alex is The Independent Funeral Group’s Admin and Digital/Media Manager,  and has been the Office Manager of East Tennessee Cremation Company since 2020, with prior experience in funeral home and cemetery offices.
