Longtime employee Scotty Brewer and his wife, Allison Brewer, are now the new owners of Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden, TN.  After long-standing owner and member of The Independent Funeral Group Jimmy Dilday passed away, Mr. Dilday’s wife Edith Dilday and children David Dilday, Christy Flippen Dilday and Marianne Dilday Horne owned and operated the funeral home.
Scotty graduated from John A. Gupton Mortuary College in Nashville, TN. He and Allison are both natives to Dresden who have cared for their community for many years and will continue to do so, keeping Bowlin Funeral Home, Inc. family-owned and family-operated.  We would like to congratulate Scotty, Allison and their staff for continuing the legacy of Bowlin Funeral Home.
