Introducing: Continuing Education from The Group


Introducing TIFG's Continuing Education Benefit


We are thrilled to inform you about an exciting addition to our member benefits at The Independent Funeral Group. As part of our commitment to enhance the value The Group provides, beginning in the second quarter of 2025 we are launching our continuing education initiative, a free offering for your firm and your staff members. A fee of $25.00 for each one-hour course per person for non-member firms. 


Our continuing education initiative has been designed to make it easier for you and your staff members to receive credits, including in-person credit on a virtual level, alleviating the stress of scrambling for credits last minute, and for no out of pocket expense. We are confident that this educational service will offer exceptional benefits to your business, including:

Please keep in mind that every course we offer will be approved for all states that we have membership in and beyond.

HOW TO REGISTER:


  • Go to Events page (member firm must be logged in— contact us for your login if you do not have one already)

  • Select Program

  • Fill out required information, including the exact spelling of your name as it appears on your license

  • Provide your license number

  • Add your staff members as additional attendees, with name and license number, and an email address for each person attending

  • Submit

  • You will receive an email confirmation 

  • We will send a link to attend the course to each of the emails provided at registration, once the program is registered to our platform. Each link can only be used by one attendee. 

  • We will submit all credits to the states

  • You will receive a certificate of attendance


note:  If you are licensed in more than one state, you will need to register for each state you have a license in, but use the same email address.
